Bamboozled. An amazing movie by Spike Lee satirizing the way black culture is and has always been portrayed in the media, doing so by setting the movie in the offices of a television network, as they launch a highly controversial televised minstrel show, staring an all black cast. Truly a work of art. I highly suggest it.

A 2006 Movie

A 2010 Sitcom
While both are based on the same source material, the movie is about a deep spiritual connection to an adopted home helping a man get over his work addiction, and the sitcom is about a “typical american” colonizing an indian office, instilling his own values over his employes, and fighting local customs such as choices of food, religion and arranged marriages. Both have their merits, and both are worth taking a look at. But seriously, watch the movie, its worth it.
